Single Service Window for Wind Power

TWTPO (now named the “Single Service Window for Wind Power”) was established under Energy Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The purpose of establishing the “Single Service Window for Wind Power” includes tracking the review progress, removing construction obstacles, and accelerating the administrative process by coordinating with relevant competent authorities to reach a consensus on administrative regulations and conduct joint review to accelerate the administrative procedure.

The single service window assists to organize inter-ministerial coordination meetings when necessary and promoting the development of offshore wind power for achieving the energy transition policy goals. Issues related to other ministries will be passed to high level meeting under the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The mechanism is built to address key issues and to create a friendly development environment.
