Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Incentive Program
  1. Officially announced on July 3, 2012
  2. Complete 4 demonstration wind turbines by 2017 and 3 demonstration wind farms by 2020
  3. Government provides subsidy for both equipment and development process to help the industry reduce risk.
Economic Scale Offshore Zonal Development
  1. Locations will be chosen by government and divide into several zones first for offshore wind farms and completes preceding operations, and then conducts open bidding.
  2. Wind farms in the same zone share required resources during development process to reduce development cost.
